Founded in 1977, the Manitoba Band Association is a non-profit charitable organization which fosters, promotes and encourages the establishment, growth and development of bands and band activity in Manitoba.

We are supported by a membership of music educators, music students, community bands, industry partners, organizations, and others who share our goals.

​

The MBA is affiliated with the Canadian Band Association, the Manitoba Music Educator's Association,

and the Coalition for Music Education in Canada.
